Webserver Configuration

You can deploy your web site to any web server you want. You can even deploy to the same web server where your IntraWeb Studio repository is installed on. 

.NET

If you want to take advantage of IWS advanced features then you should deploy in .NET mode (ASPX or IWP). In this case .NET needs to be installed on your IIS server. If .NET was installed after IIS was installed, then you need to run ASPNET_REGIIS.EXE on that server to activate ASP.NET.

Apache or other web servers currently do not work with IWS .NET deployment mode.

HTML / Legacy

You need an FTP account where your HTML files will be upload. This will be configured in the Deployment Locations in the IWS Client.
