Adding images

To add images to documents you need to import image files first. This can be done just by dragging and droppping the files from a Windows explorer window to the files list in IWS

Alternatively you can select "Document - Import". You can import multiple files at a time using both methods. A progress dialog will visualize the import progres, which may take a few seconds, as the image is transfered to the repository server.

Now, in the HTML document select "Insert - Image" or click on the image tool button. The "Select a file" dialog will show the whole projects structure. Select the folder wher you imported the image file, select the image and click [ok]. This will insert the image at the current cursor's postion.

Note:

You (or other users) can now rename and move the image file, as IWS uses the IWS identifier technique to reference the image.
