Updating the ImageFile or HotImageFile in a TIWImgeButton in run-time does not take effect

Bug Description:

When you update the file reference in the properties ImageFile.FileName or HotImageFile.FileName of a TIWImageButton in run-time, the changes are not sent to the browser.
