Sales FAQ

This FAQ contains answers to common sales questions. If you have questions regarding subscriptions or licensing, please see the License FAQ, or the Subscription FAQ. If you do not find your question answered here, please ask the sales team.


How can I order by phone or fax?

We accept orders by fax. To fax an order please fax it to one of the fax numbers here. We do not accept orders by phone becuase of the large number of mistakes encountered with various accents and languages.


Why can it take up to two days to process my order? This is the age of the Internet!

We typically process most orders within a few hours. However in some cases it can take up to 2 business days. The reason that the system is not automated is to prevent data theft of confidential customer information (you) by hackers or other ill intentioned parties. To keep your data safe all customer data is kept only on a secure computer which is not accessible as an Internet server. The order processing is semi automated and also goes through a manual check to reconcile against existing customer records as well as check for fraudulent data.

Unlike computers we have not been able to convince our employees to work 24 hours a day or even 7 days a week. We have tried to maximize our employees work time by various methods of torture and beatings, however we found that they work much better when given some time for necessary things such as sleep, meals, and even weekends with their families.


It has been 2 days, where is my order?

Has it been 2 business days? Were there any major holidays in your or our countries? If so, please check your spam filters. In this day and age, spam filters have become quite inaccurate and approximately 5% of all orders delivered are killed by hyperactive spam filters. In some cases Internet service providers have even
installed them without their customer's knowledge.


What is the Euro? How much is the Euro in US dollars?

Can I pay by bank transfer? Purchase order? Promissory notes?

We accept both bank transfers and purchase orders.

To purchase by wire transfer, order as normal and select "Wire Transfer" as the payment method. From there, directions will be provided.

To pay by purchase order, please use these instructions.

We do not accept promissory notes, metro tokens, free pizza, or other methods of payment.


What currencies can I pay in?

For credit cards we accept Euros, US Dollars, Australian Dollars, and British Sterling. For other currencies please select one of the currencies we accept and your credit card will perform the currency conversion. If you are not paying in one of the currencies we accept Euros will provide the best rate as this is our base price.

For wire transfers we accept Euros only.


When will I receive my software?

We will send you license keys within two business days of receiving your order. Typically we process all orders the same day. Please do not send us e-mail asking us to process your order faster or ask us where your software is minutes after ordering. We process all orders as swiftly as possible.


Do you have a return policy?

No. All of our products have trial versions and allow you to determine if the software will meet your needs or not prior to purchase.

Due to the fact the most purchases are made using credit cards or wire transfers, numerous administrative costs and bank charges are involved in each sale. A sale followed by a refund may be a zero sum transaction for you as the customer, but it is not for the vendor. When a refund is processed, the vendor not only refunds the sale price but still must pay the initial bank and other charges.

Do you offer an educational discount?

Yes. If you are a qualified institution of learning, you may qualify for a an educational discount on the Enterprise Edition
