A combination of TIWFile and UTF8ContentParser makes the application to ignore full submit events, like OnClick

Bug Description:

If you use the unit UTF8ContentParser in your D2009/D2010 applications, using TIWFile makes the application to ignore full submit events, like OnClick, in the IWForm the IWFile component is present.

This problem does not affects Async events.

This problem affects D2009 and D2010 only.

Workaround:

None.
