XII - new release 12.1.21

This release fixes a bug in compression, re-enables it and also updates the ZLib version.

Please note we updated the ZLib version for v1.2.5 and there is a new ZLib file available in the installer. You need to update your customers with the new file zlib1.dll.

Note: IntraWeb Compression works only for Stand Alone Server. If you are using ISAPI, you need to enable compression in IIS
