10.0.11 release to fix the "http://" bug

Last release 10.0.10 included a fix for 2 bugs, but this fix had a unwanted behavior when you use relative URLs in the URL property (e.g., referencing a image file using the relative URL "/Files/Image.gif" adds the "http://" prefix to the URL, resulting in "http://Files/Image.gif"). We reverted the changes in a new release (10.0.11) and will find another solution for the reverted bugs in another release.
