Deploy the first project

To deploy your first website you need to configure a deployment location. A Deployment Location defines the web server that hosts your web site. 

Select "Project-Deployment Locations" to show the "Deployment Locations" dialog. Once you have one or more deplyoment locations defined, you can deploy your updates.

To deploy click on the "Deploy" tool button, or select "Project-Deploy".

The default location will be selected automatically (this is usually your production web server). If you want to deploy to an other location (mirror or staging location), then just select it form the drop down.

Usually you want to deploy "Only changed files". IWS automatically keeps track if a document has been updated and not deployed. Selecting "All Files" will re-deploy the whole site, which should be used if for some reason the files have been altered manually on the webserver.
