AOL, Comcast, and AT&T users
These ISP's frequently implement new, changing, and often dubious spam protection features which regularly reject valid mail as spam without any notice to their users. Currently all three are generally receiving mail from our servers but this changes from time to time. If you are using one of these providers please read the Notice to AOL, Comcast, and AT&T Users. If you do not receive a reply, product delivery, or other from us, consider retrying with a different email address. You can
try live.com, gmail, yahoo, or hotmail which offer free e-mail
addresses without implementing dubious filtering methods.
Please use the technical support options. Sending technical support by e-mail will result in slower responses and we only offer this for users who cannot access our normal technical support options which are available by both http and nntp.
