Bug Reporting
If you found a bug in any of the following products then please send an email
to the address provided below. These emails are processed automatically and
you will receive an automatic response as soon as your bug report is
processed. You will also receive notifications when the status of your bug
report changes.
Please give a meaningful subject, which identifies the issue
you discovered. Do NOT leave the subject blank. Do NOT use subjects like "I
found a BUG".
Please meantion the product version and provide steps how to reproduce the
issue. If we need further information, such as screenshots, then we will contact
you. (Bug report attachments are ignored)

The list of known bugs is currently not publically available. At a later time
we will provide a web interface for that purpose.
DO NOT use these email addresses for support questions,
sales inquiries etc. Use the support or contact link at the top of this page
instead.
Note: Our previous bug tracking system
(Bug Be Gone) is retired and not used any more. We imported all open issues to
the new system.
